Academy for Dialogue and Evangelisation)

The Academy for Dialogue and Evangelisation is an institution of the Emmanuel Community in the Archdiocese of Vienna.

The Academy encourages a new and free dialogue between people with very different personal, religious and political backgrounds. This enables a new perception of "society" and allows an unbiased view of "religion". With a transparent exchange characterized by mutual respect, the academy contributes to a more prejudice-free and solidary world. It creates awareness of the richness that lies in people with all the diversity of their cultures, world views and religions.

In this way, the Academy opens up new perspectives and uncovers sources of inspiration. Borders are overcome, bridges are built. In cooperation with partners with proven expertise, we organize specialized courses and dialogue workshops on the three topics of "Europe & Politics", "Dialogue & Mission" and "Media & Culture". Extensive "Mission Possible" leadership and training programs for an innovative proclamation of faith are offered especially for voluntary and full-time church employees in dioceses and parishes throughout the German-speaking world.
