Reusshaus
The three-year training at the Reuss Institute combines study at an academic level with activity in church practice and one's own faith. The Institute imparts the knowledge to strengthen and promote Christian community in today's society. Fundamental to this is the understanding of spiritual community building, which starts from God's work and seeks to orient our cooperation towards it.
Our cooperation should be characterized by the appreciation of all people regardless of their gender, origin and sexual orientation. The Institute should be a place of learning for all. This includes openness and appreciation for different faith paths and theological orientations and the willingness to learn from each other.
The training qualifies students to work as community educators within or outside of a parish in the Roman Catholic or Protestant Reformed Church.
«Young people should be able to face the key challenges of their continent by promoting a culture of unity.»
